Job summary

AirQ Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Operation Lead to run the day-to-day HR functions and support organisational growth. The role strengthens HR governance, improves processes and ensures accurate employee activities, with strong focus on Odoo HR and KPI development.

The successful candidate will lead HR policy development, recruit and manage staff, oversee payroll controls and salary structures, and maintain confidential HR data with rigorous reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations and governance in UAE.
• Strong experience with Odoo HR and payroll controls.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business; CIPD/SHRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR activities and supervise HR team members.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs and forms.
• Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements.
• Ensure UAE employment compliance with company policies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, transfers and offboarding.
• Lead performance evaluations and KPI development.
• Maintain salary structures and payroll inputs.
• Maintain confidential employee data and HR documentation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports and HR analytics.
