Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage staff changes in the e-HR system and ensure timely issuance of staff certificates and badges. The role includes UAE Local & GCC pension registration, leave management, attendance monitoring, and supporting audit activities.

The ideal candidate will handle e-HR updates, coordinate with onboarding and departments for necessary approvals, and maintain accurate HR records in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADIB Banking Applications & Systems.
• Familiarity with ADIB Policy & Procedures.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Update staff changes in the e-HR system (transfers, title changes, entitlements).
• Upload supporting documents and seek necessary approvals.
• Process issuance of staff certificates and badges in a timely manner.
• Register UAE Local & GCC staff with pension authorities and maintain records.
• Monitor and validate staff leave through the Leave Management System and track attendance.
• Assist with audits and complete internal RCSA tasks.
• Support in issuing warning letters and maintaining related records.
