Job summary

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, maintain employee records, and support payroll and reporting processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and visa documentation while coordinating with Finance and managers to deliver accurate HR analytics and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of HR Operations or HR Administration experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience using HRIS/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and up-to-date HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits with Finance.
• Administer HRIS/ERP systems ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards covering headcount and turnover.
• Support visa, work permit, and employee documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and audit requirements.
• Assist in performance management cycles, probation confirmations, and contract renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and automate workflows.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and managers to ensure smooth HR operations.
