Job summary

Aarika Real Estate is seeking an HR & Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, onboarding, and performance management in Dubai. You will implement HR policies compliant with UAE labor laws and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include payroll and benefits management, coordinating office operations, and providing HR reporting to leadership. You will partner with management to align HR practices with the company’s service-focused objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full employee lifecycle and HR operations.
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and HR policies.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Experience in office operations and administrative workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and standard office productivity tools.
