Job summary

AirQ Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking a diligent HR Officer to manage core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and ongoing employee support. The role demands strong organization, attention to detail, discretion and the ability to work independently with employees, managers and service providers.

You will maintain accurate records, support HR operations in Odoo, ensure processes are completed on time, coordinate visas and payroll inputs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field.
• At least 3 years HR experience in a multi-department org.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee support.
• Experience maintaining employee records and using an ERP system; Odoo required.
• Proficient English written and spoken; UAE HR knowledge; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding and maintain records.
• Support recruitment activities including postings and interviews.
• Respond to HR queries and guide employees through processes.
• Prepare payroll data and assist with training records.
• Monitor HR actions and ensure deadlines are met.
