Job summary

Dheya in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Officer to manage core HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. You will ensure accurate records and support HR administration with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.

You will use Odoo to maintain HR information, coordinate visa and work-permit processes, and support payroll data, performance cycles, and training coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee documentation experience.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems; Odoo is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documents, inductions, exit procedures, and return of company property.
• Maintain confidential employee files and records with accuracy.
• Prepare HR documents such as letters, certificates, and contract amendments.
• Track probation periods, renewals, leaves, attendance, and HR deadlines.
• Coordinate visa, work permit, medical insurance, and related administration; liaise with service providers.
