Job summary

Richemont is seeking an HR Operations Administrator on a fixed-term contract in Dubai. You will support transactional HR services, maintain digital employee records, and ensure timely HR transactions across the employee lifecycle with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will act as a Tier 1 HR support contact, manage requests, generate basic HR reports, and partner with the People Operations team to improve service quality while maintaining data integrity in HCM systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as Tier 1 HR Support—monitor, triage, resolve daily HR queries and escalate when needed.
• Process employee requests such as salary letters, verifications, and reimbursements in compliance with policy.
• Provide basic HR data reports and system extracts to authorized team members.
• Collaborate with People Operations Manager to identify trends and improve services.
• Monitor daily HCM tasks, ensuring data accuracy and integration with downstream systems.
• Handle manual data entry and verify automated entries for payroll validation.
• Run data quality checks to keep records compliant and up-to-date.
