Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an HR Operations Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) in Dubai to serve as the heartbeat of transactional HR services. You will maintain accurate employee records, process key HR transactions, and provide excellent service to colleagues across the region.

You will handle Tier 1 HR support, payroll-related data, and collaborate with the People Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience using HR information systems (HCM, SAP, or Workday).
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as Tier 1 HR Support—triage and resolve daily HR queries.
• Process salary letters, bank verifications, and reimbursements.
• Provide basic HR data reports and system extracts.
• Collaborate with People Operations Manager to identify trends and improve services.
• Monitor daily HCM tasks and ensure data integrates with downstream systems.
• Verify manual entries and support monthly payroll validation.
• Perform regular data quality checks on employee records.
