Job summary

Grain Cafe LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee employee records, attendance, leaves, recruitment and other HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You should have proven UAE labour law knowledge, excellent English, and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in restaurants or cafés is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources within the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, regulations, and employment procedures.
• Experience in hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR-related systems.
• Ability to manage employee files, attendance, leaves, recruitment and HR admin tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple HR tasks and follow up on employee matters.
