Job summary

Iris House Properties is seeking an HR Manager in Dubai to lead recruitment, onboarding and employee development within a growing real estate team.

You will work closely with management to implement HR processes, policies, and systems, ensuring compliant handling of payroll and documentation while supporting cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
• Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
