Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of employees across all departments.
Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth adaptation and integration of new hires.
Manage and maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline to support the company’s growth.
Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Control and optimize the compensation and benefits budget.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
