Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an HR & Learning Officer to join the Human Resources team in Dubai. The role supports HR operations and leads learning initiatives across the cluster, leveraging hospitality expertise to enhance colleague development.

The candidate will coordinate training aligned with Hyatt standards, maintain HR records, and partner with department heads to identify and deliver targeted learning solutions, while championing Hyatt’s culture across all properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or work experience in HR, Learning & Development, or hospitality will be an advantage.

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs aligned with Hyatt standards and property needs.
• Assist in implementing talent development strategies and succession planning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
• Partner with department heads to identify learning and development needs and create tailored solutions.

Preferred exposure to F&B or Rooms operations to understand departmental needs and support operational learning requirements effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of HR systems and learning management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Knowledge of Hyatt brand standards and UAE labor laws is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
