Job summary

Success Factor L.L.C-FZ in Dubai is seeking a hands-on HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations while bringing strong recruitment experience. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and support HR processes.

The role requires UAE experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations and Recruitment, excellent communication and the ability to work independently. Part-time, temporary or remote commission-based arrangements may be considered for exceptional

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of UAE experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations and Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on talent acquisition experience across multiple roles.
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across corporate, blue‑collar and domestic roles
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates
• Maintain talent pipelines and coordinate interviews, offers and joining formalities
• Manage client and candidate relationships

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of UAE experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations and Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: AED 4,000–5,000/month
• Performance Commission: AED 5,000–6,000/month
• Potential Total Earnings: AED 9,000–11,000/month
• Part‑time, temporary and remote commission‑based arrangements may also be considered for exceptional candidates
