Job summary

YOSH in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will handle recruitment support, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, payroll assistance, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day HR processes aligned with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of HR Generalist or similar experience (2–5 typically).
• Experience in UAE HR operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts, HR documentation and HRIS updates.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
• Handle employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and policies.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Act as point of contact for employee relations matters and assist with investigations.
• Coordinate with payroll on attendance, leaves, and data; assist audits and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies; assist visa processes.
