Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Junior HR Generalist in Abu Dhabi to manage day-to-day HR operations, staff accommodations, and PRO coordination. The role involves maintaining employee files, onboarding/offboarding, and supporting leave inquiries within a regulated Abu Dhabi environment.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of HR Generalist or Coordinator experience, with preferred exposure to labor camps or facilities management, strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR Generalist or Coordinator experience.
• Experience with labor camps or in construction/ facilities management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Excellent English; additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee files and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coordinate staff accommodations, room allocations, and safety compliance in Abu Dhabi.
• Coordinate with PRO for visa, labor contracts, renewals, medical/biometrics schedules.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, grievances, and leave management.
