Job summary

Seven House Family in Dubai seeks a dynamic HR Generalist with 3–5 years of HR and recruitment experience in Dubai to support both employees and management. You will ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, manage onboarding and offboarding, visa processes, HRIS data, payroll support, recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and internal communications.

A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years HR and Recruitment experience in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals and cancellations with the PRO or internal admin team.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant information (attendance, leave, deductions).
• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview scheduling and offer letters.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Assist with employee relations matters and support resolution of grievances and disciplinary cases.
• Support training coordination, employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Handle medical insurance enrollments, cancellations and claims coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
• Provide support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for FB Hospitality and Corporate roles.
