Job summary

AlphaMind Group, a leading hospitality and lifestyle group in Dubai, seeks a proactive HR Executive to support Bar Du Port and its multi-outlet portfolio across the UAE. You will manage employee life cycle, payroll coordination, visa processes, and compliance with UAE labour regulations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll partner with F&B operations, maintain HR records, and deliver exceptional employee experiences while upholding the group’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Experience with payroll processing and attendance management.
Experience across multiple outlets and cost centres.
Proficiency in HR systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other government processes.
Assist payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies.
Attend weekly HOD meetings and support staffing across venues.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Executive to support Bar Du Port and the wider AlphaMind lifestyle portfolio across all core HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality HR, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work closely with F&B operations teams in a fast-paced environment — ensuring an exceptional employee experience while supporting the continued growth of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & Documentation

Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases at all times.
Respond to employee queries and manage HR-related document requests efficiently.

HR Operations & Compliance

Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other employee-related government processes.
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.
Assist with HR reports, trackers, and general administrative tasks.

Employee Relations & Performance

Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary processes, warning letters, investigations, and follow-up actions in line with company policy.
Coordinate performance management and probation review processes.
Advise and support management teams on HR-related matters and company policies.

Operations & Engagement

Attend weekly HOD meetings and work closely with operations teams to support staffing and employee relations matters.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers across assigned venues.

Requirements

3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry; multi-outlet experience is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR-related education is preferred.
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
Experience managing multiple cost centres, entities, and HR operations across multiple outlets.
High proficiency in HRIS platforms, employee records management, and HR systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
Strong audit mindset, with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while handling multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain high standards of HR service delivery.
