Qualifications

• Support the Chef de Partie during service to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the kitchen team in daily food preparation and service, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to recipes and standards
  
  
  • Support the Chef de Partie during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  
  
  • Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards

  • Set up and organize workstations before service
  
  
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of tools, equipment, and ingredients

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
  
  
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, work areas, and equipment at all times
  
  
  • Ensure proper food handling, labeling, and FIFO procedures

  • Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs
  
  
  • Participate in training sessions and daily briefings
