Zapegg Tax Consultant, a fast-growing financial and tax advisory firm based inDubai, is seeking a dynamic and experiencedHR Executiveto manage and support various human resource functions. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about building efficient HR systems and fostering a positive workplace culture within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation and databases.
• Oversee payroll processing, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.
• Address employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and staff development initiatives.
• Liaise with government authorities for visa processing, renewals, and other compliance matters.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Requirements:
