Job summary

Mackenzie Jones Middle East is seeking a P&C Digital Solutions Senior Specialist in Dubai to lead multi-currency payroll operations, HRIS administration, and data-driven reporting across IMEA regions. Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6–8 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, HRIS, IT/Digital, or a relevant field
• Strong hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems, particularly SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end digital payroll processing, including multi-currency payroll.
• Experience in HR Digital Transformation projects and HR systems implementation.
• Experience with SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration.
• Strong project management skills, including system changes, testing and implementation.
• Advanced MS Excel and analytics skills, including Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across HR, C&B, Finance, IT and external SAP partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop global/regional HR digital strategy and platform integrating end-to-end HR processes.
• Challenge status quo with HR systems knowledge (SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, EC).
• Lead SAP HCM and Employee Central changes: define demands, UAT, docs, and stakeholder comms.
• Support strategic HR projects like SF Employee Central global implementation.
• Coordinate multi-country payroll reconciliation across MEA, India, Bangladesh.
• Oversee payroll control with four-eye principle and audits for ICOFR compliance.
• Manage HR digital tools across IMEA region and resolve issues.
• Admin SAP HCM and Employee Central: Masterdata, Payroll, OM, PA for 1000+ staff.
• Review HR/payroll systems for continuous improvement and digitization opportunities.
