• Strong data entry speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee information accurately in HR systems and databases.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy and highlight discrepancies.
• Support digitisation, organisation, and maintenance of employee records.
• Assist the HR Shared Services team with data-related projects and administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of employee information.
• Support the timely completion of the assigned employee data project.
