Job summary

Careers at UAE is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR data management. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain employee records, and assist with performance management in a manufacturing context. A strong grasp of HR policies and ERP systems is essential.

You’ll work to improve HR processes, liaise with Labor Councils, and contribute to inclusion and development programs while collaborating with a diverse, global team in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years in Human Resources or related field with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment tasks: postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and prepare offer letters with HR team; onboard new hires.
• Ensure HR practices align with Eaton Philosophy & Values.
• Keep HRMS data accurate and use Talent Hub tools effectively.
• Support performance management: objective setting, development planning, calibration, and addressing poor performers.
• Maintain employee records and handle contracts and documentation.
• Assist payroll processing and respond to payroll inquiries; address HR policy questions.
• Support employee relations with guidance to employees and managers.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR to boost efficiency and service delivery.
• Build and manage relationships with Labor Councils; ensure compliance with labor laws.

Job description

HR Coordinator

What you’ll do:

• Recruitment process: Assist injob postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Prepare offer letters in liaison with the HRS and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure that the HR practices and policies are in line with Eaton Philosophy & Values.
• Ensure that HRMS data is accurate and Talent Hub tools are fully utilized.
• Work with the business to manage the performance management process including objective setting, development planning and calibration. Support business to proactively manage poor performers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Handle employee documentation, including contracts.
• Assist with payroll processing and resolve payroll-related inquiries. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Build/manage a business relationship with Labor Councils– be compliant to labor law at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) from an accredited institution required, Master’s degree is considered a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or any similar field with demonstrated business acumen.
• Legal and labor law knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing industry or in a similar scaled operational environment.
