Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HR, knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and experience with ERP/SAP, with strong communication and organizational skills. Immediate joiners only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or similar industry.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee compliance.
• Experience handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.
• Practical experience with ERP or SAP systems.
• Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance and leave.

Industry: Food & Beverage
Experience: 2–4 years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employee-related compliance requirements.
• Experience in handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.
• Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems.
• Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities.
