Job summary

GMG is seeking a Specialist - HRBP in the UAE to deliver HR support and consultation to business leaders, focusing on employee lifecycle, talent development, and policy compliance with GMG and UAE labor laws.

You will partner with corporate leaders to manage onboarding, role changes, promotions, and exits while ensuring HR programs are implemented effectively across the corporate division.

Qualifications

• Partnership with corporate leaders to advise on employee relations and organizational changes.
• Experience with UAE labor laws and HR operations.
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and GMG OneFlow.
• 3-5 years in HR with HRBP focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting and support to leaders, aligning with business goals.
• Manage onboarding, promotions, exits, and lifecycle activities.
• Lead HR program rollout for performance, promotions, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and GMG policies.
