Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders aligning HR strategies with business goals.

• Lead workforce planning talent management and organizational development initiatives.

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations performance management and change management.

• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation learning & development and talent acquisition.

• Leverage HR data and analytics to support business decisions and improve people performance.

• Champion a culture of inclusion employee engagement and high performance.

• Lead HR projects related to restructuring succession planning and leadership development.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and ethical standards.

• Coach and mentor HRBPs or junior HR staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).

• 6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partner or managerial role.

• Proven experience in organizational development employee relations and HR strategy.

• Strong knowledge of HR laws practices and HRIS systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors).

• Exceptional interpersonal communication and influencing skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive change.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR metrics to inform decisions.
