The consultant will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR software solutions, ensuring they align with organizational policies and HR processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing HR requirements, mapping them to system functionalities, and advising stakeholders on best practices for HR technology and process improvements. The role involves preparing documentation, training HR users, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing maintenance. The consultant will also monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows and reporting.

Qualifications
