Job summary

BK Gulf is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to oversee day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced construction environment in Dubai. The role emphasizes compliance with UAE labor laws and developing HR policies.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, and training, working closely with management to address concerns and ensure smooth HR processes across sites.

Qualifications

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience of 3–4 years as HR Administrator in construction sector.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for construction industry.
• Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
• Conduct regular HR training sessions for employees and management.
