Job summary

BK Gulf is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to oversee HR operations within the construction sector in the UAE. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field, with 3–4 years of construction HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, UAE/MOFA attested, in HR management, business administration or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience as HR Administrator in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws relevant to construction sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for construction industry.
• Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
• Conduct regular HR training sessions for employees and management.
