Job summary

BK Gulf in Dubai seeks an experienced Workforce Coordinator to support workforce administration and site manpower coordination across our construction projects. This role suits a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of labour management processes within construction.

You will coordinate labour allocation, maintain records, monitor attendance, and liaise with project teams to meet manpower requirements while ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Qualifications

• UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree in HR, IR, or a related field.
• Experience in labor relations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of labor laws and UAE regulations.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
