NOVACONTINENTAL TRADING LLC SPC is seeking an HR and Admin Coordinator to oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, records, and general admin within our Abu Dhabi office. You will coordinate training, ensure payroll accuracy, and manage office supplies and documentation.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and 2+ years’ HR/admin experience with local labor laws.
1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and coordination, offer negotiation, and approval, and build a high-quality talent pipeline.
2. Handle employee on-boarding, probation confirmation, job transfers, and off-boarding procedures; maintain and update employee records in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy of HR data.
3. Organize employee training programs, including on-boarding training, corporate culture training, and product & business skills training, to support employee development and team integration.
4. Manage employee attendance tracking, salary and allowance calculation and disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
5. Oversee the procurement, warehousing, registration, distribution, and inventory control of office supplies, ensuring adequate and orderly supply, and conduct regular inventory checks.
6. Process and verify administrative expense claims and reimbursements, ensuring the authenticity and compliance of all documentation.
7. Manage the organization, classification, filing, and safekeeping of HR and administrative records, and establish standardized records management procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy.
8. Complete other tasks as assigned by management in a timely manner.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, aged 25-35. A major in Human Resources, Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in HR and administrative coordination, with a solid understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and standard HR/administrative workflows.
3. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong organizational, communication, and execution skills, and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks under pressure.
4. Strong integrity and sense of principle, with good professional ethics and team spirit; adaptable and willing to follow work arrangements as needed.
