Job summary

A growing international company in Dubai is seeking an HR Administrator. You will maintain employee records, support recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and ensure compliance with UAE labour law. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and is detail-oriented. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
• Experience supporting onboarding or employee engagement processes is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour law.
• Support recruitment activities in close cooperation with the central HR team.
• Coordinate the onboarding and adaptation of new employees in line with company's process.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR reports.
• Liaise with external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in building a positive and supportive office culture.
