Job summary

Dubai Islamic Bank is seeking an operations professional to support government housing program activities in Dubai. You will handle daily customer support tasks and coordinate closely with internal teams to keep cases moving within approved procedures.

You will maintain records, update MIS reports, and help ensure timely resolution while upholding service standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational and customer support related to Government Housing Programs and Developers.
• Process and follow-up on customer requests, transactions, and pending cases per approved procedures.
• Maintain customer records, trackers, MIS reports, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely case resolution.
• Support achievement of TATs, SLAs, and service standards for assigned responsibilities and customer interactions.
• Identify delays and inform line manager for necessary action.
• Support compliance with approved policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and departmental initiatives.
