Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a professional Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team, ensuring high cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across the hotel.

The successful candidate will inspect rooms and public areas, train and motivate staff, coordinate with Front Office for timely room readiness, and maintain hygiene and safety standards in all housekeeping activities. Fluent communication and guest-centric service are essential.

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.

• Ensure proper handling and availability of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and amenities.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
