Job summary

Marriott Executive Apartments is seeking a hospitality professional to inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning, ensuring quality standards across facilities. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve issues, update room statuses, and communicate changes to the next shift.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff, while upholding safety policies and protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related work experience: at least 1 year.
• Supervisory experience: at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Prepare and communicate room assignments; document and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Follow safety policies; maintain professional appearance and protect assets.
• Use computers/POS systems to enter and locate work-related information.
