Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Team Leader - Housekeeping to supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards are consistently met. You will lead a team of housekeeping attendants, monitor performance, conduct inspections and ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.

The role requires a proactive leader with 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience, strong communication

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are an advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and safety standards.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is desirable.

Responsibilities
