Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor role in hospitality, facilities, or owned spaces.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning methods and chemicals.
• Strong health, safety and hygiene knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping team to ensure cleaning and safety standards across the facility.
• Allocate daily workloads, set expectations, and monitor performance.
• Inspect rooms, public spaces and storage areas; report maintenance issues.
• Oversee replenishment of supplies, linens, and toiletries; manage inventory.
• Train, motivate and support housekeeping staff to follow procedures.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager and other departments on cleaning activities.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols per guidelines.
• Address guest feedback promptly and implement corrective actions.
