Responsibilities

• Supervising housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, motivating and providing feedback
• Ensuring that all cleaning products and equipment meet safety standards
• Creating and implementing housekeeping policies
• Inspecting guest rooms and common areas regularly to ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Responding promptly to guest requests or complaints
• Keeping track of inventory levels of supplies needed for housekeeping operations
• Developing new strategies to improve efficiency and quality of service.
