Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi is seeking an entry-level management candidate to support day-to-day operations across Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry, if applicable. You will work with staff to clean and maintain guestrooms and public spaces, perform inspections, and ensure guest and employee satisfaction while controlling the operating budget.

The role requires 3–5 years in housekeeping with at least 2 years in supervision, strong leadership, organizational and communication

Formación

• Minimum of 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, incl. 2 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills; English required; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, materials, and modern cleaning technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure OSHA regulations are up to date.
• Oversee all lost and found procedures.
• Prepare work assignments from rooms to be cleaned and prospective check-outs.
• Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Communicate guest room status to Front Desk promptly.
• Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance needs.
• Enforce loss prevention policies and proper supplies/equipment.
• Supervise inspection program for guestrooms and public spaces.
• Manage linen inventory and guest supplies; assist ordering.
• Supervise housekeeping areas in the absence of leaders.
• Provide feedback to staff to improve service performance.
• Handle guest problems and complaints with supervisor support.
• Review guest comment cards and satisfaction results.
