Job summary

Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the security team, protect guests and colleagues, and keep Mama a safe place to work, play, and have a good time. You’ll set the standard for vigilance and response across the hotel.

You’ll supervise the security squad, conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV and alarms, manage access control, and lead investigations into incidents. Calm, decisive leadership under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams and coordinating multi-department responses.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and guide a security squad with clear directions.
• Proven calm, decisive decision-making in high-pressure situations.
• Strong observational skills to spot risks during patrols and checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Squad, supervise and motivate the team.
• Conduct regular patrols and spot potential risks before they escalate.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms and other systems; respond quickly to incidents.
• Lead emergency drills, fire evacuations and crisis management.
• Keep the team informed with shift briefings and debriefings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support daily operations and events safely.
• Liaise with authorities (SIRA and emergency services) when required.
• Maintain security logs and prepare incident reports for management.
