Mama Shelter Dubai is seeking a Security Lead to supervise and motivate the security team, ensure safety across the hotel, and act as the eyes and ears of the property. You will monitor CCTV and alarms, respond to incidents, lead briefings, enforce access control, investigate incidents, and coordinate with authorities to keep guests and staff safe.

• Supervise the security squad and assign roles.

• Prepare clear security reports for management.
• Coordinate with authorities as required.
