Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Dubai invites applications for a Cluster Security Supervisor to safeguard guests, staff, property and assets across its hotels. The role reports to the Security Manager and requires strong leadership with a focus on safety, incident prevention and response.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in security field.
• Holding Valid Security supervisor license - SIRA.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
• Any other training or certifications related to security is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all hotel related services and products; make recommendations to hotel guests and employees.
• Perform all tasks consistently in line with hotel standards and UAE laws.
• Manage department in absence of Security Manager; provide safe, courteous, professional service.
• Perform minimum one patrol per shift across property; observe and report irregularities.
• Conduct emergency drills, daily hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews and key control.
• Maintain records: Security Log, Incident Report, Key Control, Lost and Found, Quarantine list, Visitor Passes and gate passes.
• Handle investigations and unbiased incident reports on thefts, accidents or property-related claims.
• Minimum five years experience in security field.
• Holding Valid Security supervisor license - SIRA.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
