Job summary

The First Collection Business Bay in Dubai seeks a dedicated Security Supervisor to protect guests, staff, and assets under the guidance of the Security Manager. You will coordinate security operations, conduct patrols, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security, hold a valid SIRA Security Supervisor License, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and training abilities to sustain safe, secure hotel environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in security field.
• Holding a valid Security Supervisor license - SIRA.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
• Any other training or certifications related to security is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Protect hotel guests, employees, belongings and assets under Security Manager guidance.
• Coordinate security operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Investigate incidents and report findings to Security Manager.
• Perform regular patrols and daily hazard/safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate security records and logs.
