Hotel Sales Manager in Dubai. As a Hotel Sales Manager in Dubai, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will be working closely with the hotel management team to identify target markets, establish relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts to secure business. Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, attending industry events and conferences, and creating and presenting sales proposals. You will also be responsible for monitoring competitors' activities and pricing strategies to ensure our hotel remains competitive. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in hotel sales management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A strong understanding of the hospitality industry in Dubai is preferred.
