Oman OnlineConnect in Dubai seeks a motivated Hotel Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that boost room bookings, events, and hotel services. The role targets improving revenue and occupancy while delivering excellent client service.

This part-time position welcomes Egyptian nationals currently residing in Dubai. Fluent Arabic and good English are required, along with strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Egyptian national residing in Dubai.
• Fluent in Arabic with good command of English.
• Experience in hotel sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets for room bookings, events and other hotel services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners and other potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions and sales tactics.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking events to promote the hotel's services.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis and future projections for management review.

A reputable hotel in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are looking for a part-time job without any prior experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets for room bookings events and other hotel services
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event planners and other potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on pricing strategies promotional activities and sales tactics
• Attend industry events trade shows and networking events to promote the hotels services
• Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports on sales performance market analysis and future projections for management review

Requirements

• Must be an Egyptian national currently residing in Dubai
• Fluent in Arabic with good command of English
• Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Highly motivated with a strong drive for results
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary 1400$ per month part-time
