Prestige Talent is seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager for our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and hospitality industry experience.

You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and attract new business. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 3+ years in hotel sales, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking and attending industry events.
• Build strong relationships with customers including corporate clients, travel agents, event planners and other potential sources of business.
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth or improvement.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements
