We are a luxury hotel based in El-Ain seeking a professional and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry with a focus on driving revenue and increasing occupancy rates. As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the hospitality industry
• Build relationships with corporate clients travel agents event planners and other potential business partners
• Organize and attend trade shows conferences and other events to promote the hotel
• Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to increase bookings
• Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly
• Prepare reports on sales activities revenue forecasts and market trends
• Train and supervise sales team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotels facilities services rates and policies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management or related role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English Arabic fluency is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint
• Familiarity with customer relationship management CRM software is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month with opportunities for bonuses and career growth. This is a full-time position based in El-Ain with the requirement to work occasional weekends and evenings. We do not provide accommodation but offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
