Job summary

Sofitel Dubai The Palm is seeking an experienced hotel sales professional to manage key accounts and prospects, focusing on local DMCs, tour operators, and select UK accounts. The role requires regular calls, trade show attendance, and accurate follow-up to drive production.

You will maintain VIP villa booking inventory, ensure up-to-date account information, and coordinate with reservations and accounting to deliver superior guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel sales preferably within the leisure segment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pre-determined number of key accounts and prospects to maximize production.
• Maintain active relationships with overseas partners with regular calls and reports.
• Attend trade shows and sales trips with timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
• Update accounts in the system and ensure rate information is current.
• Coordinate VIP villa bookings inventory and follow up on group and event inquiries.
• Communicate client requirements to internal departments to ensure superior guest service.
