Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or customer service, preferably in hotels.
• Strong communication, sales and guest service skills.
• Fluency in English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing room reservations via phone, email and online channels.
• Provide sales-oriented service to enhance the hotel's image and revenue.
• Identify VIP guests and forward information to Sales; maintain guest privacy.
• Promote Accor loyalty programs and promotions to drive retention.
• Maintain accurate reservation data in the PMS and monitor booking history.
• Prepare reports on reservation activity, occupancy, and related data.
• Manage daily checklists and administrative tasks for the reservation process.
