The Talents Nation seeks a courteous receptionist for a Dubai 5-star hotel. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with multiple hotel departments to ensure a seamless stay.

You will handle inquiries, reservations, and payments, while maintaining accurate guest records and contributing to a smooth front-office operation. Excellent English and professional appearance are essential.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel; home country experience acceptable.
• Clear English communication with strong guest handling and customer service skills.
• Presentable, professional and well-groomed with a strong customer-service attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests professionally and manage check-in and check-out procedures according to SOP.
• Handle guest inquiries, calls, reservations coordination, complaints and special requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, Bell Desk, F&B and other hotel departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments and deposits, prepare front-office reports.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a 4- or 5-star hotel; home country experience is acceptable.
• Clear English communication skills with good guest handling and customer service skills.
• Presentable, professional, and well-groomed with a strong customer-service attitude.
