Neatly in Dubai is hiring a hotel-trained housekeeper to join our on-site team. You will deliver guest-ready finishes in residential and premium turnover settings, maintain high standards, and work as part of a crew led by a property lead.

Expect above-market base salary, turnover bonuses, visa, medical insurance, accommodation support, and ongoing training on Neatly protocols. Candidates should have 2+ years in five-star hotels or premium serviced properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel housekeeping experience in 4–5 star properties, serviced apartments, or premium villa management.
• Must understand guest-ready standards and be able to work without constant supervision.
• Physically fit to handle fast turnovers and long shifts.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to stay until completion of the property.
• Honest and discreet when in private homes.
• Team player capable of supporting crew during busy periods.
• Eligible to work in UAE or sponsorship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Residential housekeeping for repeat clients with consistent teams.
• Holiday-home turnovers with time-boxed, photo-verified visits.
• Bed-making to hotel standards with precise linen handling.
• Bathroom finish with clean surfaces and set amenities.
• Kitchen reset and appliance cleaning to a hotel-like standard.
• Restocking linen, toiletries and kitchen essentials per property lists.
• Photo handover and documenting before/after results.
• Report damage, low stock or maintenance issues promptly with photos.
• Care of furnishings and know when to escalate to specialists.
